Guacamole

Just in time for Cinco De Mayo is my favorite Guacamole recipe. You'll need three ripe California avocados.
Add to them a chopped jalapeno pepper.
Now add a clove of garlic and a pinch of salt. Your chips will be salty so you should not need much salt.
Chop up a plum tomato and 1/4 cup of red onion.
Add a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lime juice from the key lime tree in your backyard.
What, you don't have one of those? Sucks to be you! Improvise. Mix it all together and it will look like this.
Refrigerate for an hour or so and serve with your favorite chips.
Bring out the Modelos or another Mexican beer and you'll be ready to party like it's Satdenay night!
